Well. Measles is back … where have they been?

So, what era are we in at the moment? Is the “1983” accurate? Or is it perhaps “1993” which I believe would mean it is not accurate of when it was originally made?

I am presuming that this must be a later age (probably 1970s or 1980s) because Mutt and Jeff are not smoking cigars much if at all during the last several comics.

I guess overall, is there a pattern or method we can know the original publication dates? And, in the same vein, if not the actual publication dates, are there clues at least to know which artist drew the comic?

I hear soccer players in England are trying to sue the F.A for brain damage they received from heading the ball. Boy those Brits are crazy. Almost as crazy as us!

Guess it caused hair loss as well.

Looks like Bud Fisher. When Al Smith took over he gave Mutt more facial features like a visible mouth and chin.
