Clerk: You can climb the rope to the baggage hold. The chairs in the hold are twenty bucks, or you can sit on the baggage for ten. Man: Regular ramp. Clerk: OK - I see you're bringing your own lunch. That'll be a ten-buck bag lunch fee. Man: But... Clerk: And you'll have to pay a showing-up fee - forty bucks for showing up for your flight. Gratuities are greatly appreciated. Punk: Is there a bathroom on board? Clerk: Five bucks.
