History may not repeat, but it often rhymes.

And McGruder turned out to be prophetic; Viktor Yushchenko lost the Ukrainian election, and exit polls showed a 6.4% variance from recorded votes. The whole world – especially the US – cried that was irrefutable proof of fraud. A new, closely monitored (thank you, Mr. Carter) & Yushchenko won.

The variance in Ohio (where they used voting machines by Diebolt, whose CEO had sworn to everything in his power to keep the Shrub in office – machines with no paper record & no security, one of which showed Kerry with -20K* votes) in ’04 was 6.7%. Yep, .3% past irrefutable.

*That’s not a hyphen; it denotes a negative number.

    W was never legitimately elected.

Ohio raised a lot of eyebrows. Sadly it was never taken seriously.

Was Chuck Schumer leading the senate democrats back then? Nice to see democrats getting along so much better today. No daylight between Chuck and Nancy at all.
