Before the worthless trolls chime in …..The January 6th mob of violent traitors were attempting to overthrow our democracy. If they had murdered Mike Pence, fine by Traitor Trump—he wanted half an excuse to declare martial law. He would have declared it if twenty REPUBLICANS were murdered— he is a malignant narcissist with no patriotism, a sociopath with no conscience, an extremely stupid person to use the term person loosely, and a rapist when he isn’t cheating at golf.

According to Reuters and other sources, Trump has removed the ban on segregation in public places, like restaurants, drinking fountains, etc. Check it up on “AOL News”. For once, I hope the SCOTUS will show some sense and knock Il Duce(bag) down!

Can you imagine the scorn and derision that would be heaped upon the worthless orange head of the worthless Traitor Trump if Mark Twain were here to have the misfortune to observe it? (Or Jesus Christ, come to think of it…..)

Wasn’t there a time many decades ago, when students only went to College to learn and get a degree? (And not waste their parents money)!

I would love to have the money to go to college and earn a B.A. in English history of the Tudor era.

Yale, where Garry Trudeau studied, used to have a tradition of a springtime Freshman Riot. It wasn’t to protest anything. It was just to let off steam.

I’m wondering why Trudeau was showing such contempt for student political demonstrations of the time. Was this a reference to the WMD war in Iraq? I remember the protests of that era and people were very serious about their concerns. I wonder whether he was feeling conflict between showing support for the troops and giving serious consideration to those protesting the war and questioning the veracity of its motivations?

I went to college in the 50-60 ties and afterwards did 8 years USAF. I didn’t know any science or engineering majors who had time to demonstrate. For me, it was study study.

Drunken, woman-chasing students have been a cliche ever since there have been universities. That would be around 600-700 years now.
